um... did i really just get hit on by a guy? should i be flattered? i'm into chicks.... thanks tho, i guess
i begin working out in 2000 for high school varsity football. it wasn't until spring 2006 during my first deployment in iraq when i started body building. it was one of our only pass times in between missions lasting 3-4 days in sector. i fell in love. upon our return to the states, i was able to really stick with a steady routine. absolutely adore the gains. there's no turning back now.
Why I Love It:
i love pushing myself beyond expected limits. my biggest competitor is myself. just when i think that i've reach my limits, i find new ways to prove myself wrong. that, i the stares from others at the gym. i must admit i love the compliments as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing guys that are where i want to be.
BB Accomplishments:
initially i was 145, and now i'm at 175. my goal is to reach 190.

Goal (Long):
