How I Started:
My first deployment in 2006. My first team leader got me started and I blew up from there.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy it because it gives me a sense of accomplishment. Like I started lifting when I was 18 years old and weighed 165 pounds. Three years later I am up to 195 and getting bigger each day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like the results I see and there is always room for improvement. You can never do enough,but you can always do better.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained 30 pounds in 3 years,solid muscle. I started off benching 175,squating 150,dead lifting 135. Now I bench over 350,squat over 500 and dead lift VW Bugs!!!

My goal now is to trim back up but maintain my weight. I am currently sitting at 200 pounds and would like to try to gain another 5 pds. Maybe more legs,or more back???? We will see when I hit it...

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
it has all the weights you could ever need,and for me it is free.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I pulled some muscles in my back that kept me out of the gym and in a bed for about 10 days. I had to take percocet and muscle relaxers.

doing to much weight without the proper lifting gear and improper form.
