How I Started:
I started going to my college gym because I wanted to "get the ladies"...was able to loose the weight, but never able to get the size/definition I wanted. That's why I'm hear...so I can finally get a direction and go with it.

Goal (Long):
I always been "in shape"...but never to the level of my liking. I just moved home to get my masters and would like to finally do the one thing that I've wanted to do forever...change my body. I have done some lifting in the past but I've realized I have no idea what I'm doing and want to get some help to point in a direction were I can finally have nice biceps/pecs/abs that I can take my shirt off and not be embarrassed. Any help is appreciated! (I'm not trying to win Mr. Olympia...just look better)

Why or why not?
Not really...I'm a really private person when it comes to personal stuff like this. I mean, they know I go to the gym and workout...but that's about it.
Well...between school, sick, and car accident I have really fallen off the wagon and have noticed a increase in weight. Starting today...back on my schedule.
