Drill Sgt. Critchfield informed me i would be the pushup king of A co 35th

WHY I LOVE IT:

A constructive use of aggression, and at 5'5 160ish, you cant always afford to be in lousy shape

jwethall The bench press is notorious for injuries. I'm not sure if powerlifting is your goal or not, but if its just to keep a muscled and balanced physique, I'd cut it out and instead work with dumbells. Also, and forgive me if you already know this, but if you keep your chest higher than your shoulder during chest pressing motions it really helps take shoulders out of the equation. I have very dominant front delts, so I have to do this constantly to get a good pump in my chest. Hope this helps. Feb 8, 2012 12:33pm
