training's going really well!! seeing lots of progress quickly, which is sooooo amazing! :) i did split day of cardio then back with my trainer in the pm for back and core work.. how'r ur legs feeling?? killed em, didya!?

well i was supposed to have legs and cardio but i guess there's a mud slide which will prevent me from making it into town.. :( so i'll just do 1000 lunges and ride the bike haha.. :)
