djmorrow7 it feels good to see progress! I wish mine was coming as fast and strong as yours! give me some diet excersice details if you can. I am consuming 1400 cals mon- chest triceps and shoulders with cardio tuesday - all cardio wednesday - back and biceps and cardio thurs- all cardio friday legs and cardio. trying to burn off the fat with out loosing to much muscle. hard work!
