I found a GREAT personal trainer - whom I adore and really works out with me on what I find fun and is willing to try to new things.
I work out with him 3 days per week, yoga 1 day per week and 2 days of cardio training on my own.
Why I Love It:
I think body image and how I feel about myself is the most important thing and second is being healthy and living life to the fullest.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have scheduled appointments with my trainer and my husband is another positive influence in my life.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet - hopefully by the end of this year!

Goal (Long):
As I get older, I want to make sure I get my body the way I want it now, while I am still young. I want to be healthy and happy and live my life to the fullest with my husband and our future children.
Ok so the first show I competed in, I won 2nd place by default because there were only 2 girls.
Then in the second show, I placed 6th. They really want LEAN girls with lots of muscle tone. Basically the light version of a figure girl. I have been working my ass off literally in the past...

yep eating every 3hrs will keep ure body from burning muscle in a catabolic state, so on there. Carbs for somebody not trying to restrict is 130g/day i have had results with 100g. 5 meals 20g carb 2og protein. 240- cals each total 1200 cals. sounds like ure on the mark.Do u mess with Target heart rates?
congrats on all of ure progress n being at competition level. can u forward me ure caloric, carb and protein intake. If need be, inbox me. I will have some sugestions, I am a Trainer.
