I'd recommend focusing on basic massbuilding exercises and consistent hard work. The results will come with time. You can do it!

Thanks, man! I'm nothin special; you can do what I did no problem! I've been training 1.5 years; not long. But, I've been consistant and dedicated to my diet and training. I've done a lot of experimenting w/ routines to see what works for me; you'll most likely need to do the same. Just train hard and eat right; the results will follow. My routine's on my bodyspace page and my diet is in my journal. Just ask if ya got questions...
