Well I feel like crap was doing really well then I slacked off. I figured out why and I was getting burnt out. I decided to take a week off which I did. I started Jim Stoppani's 12 week Shortcut to size 4-16-12 and I tell you what It is a great workout. I hadn't felt sore in a while and I loved the feeling. I once again enjoy getting to the gym plus I finally convinced my buddy to join me and it has been a world of difference.
