I begin lifting from inspiration of my older brother. I wanted to bulk up so I could deter the bullying I used to endure in school,but also to keep my bloodsugars in check using exercise.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy it gives me and also cause I know it will increase my lifespan if I keep it up!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read muscle magazines and try different workouts. i also like sports,watching and participating.
BB Accomplishments:
Just staying in shape and having people compliment my progress.
My goal is to examine diet lifestyle so that I can gain quality muscle mass and keep my bloodsugars in check.
Goal (Long):
I will keep track of my progress by watching what I eat and do. I will use biofeedback to not keep making the same mistakes. I will watch out for bad associates who dont want to see me suceed and cut back on my drinking and not smoke at all.
It's easy to gain bad habits but hard to get rid of them. Sometimes life throws you curve balls but a lot of failures are preventable. I'm still trying to change for the better and I now realize that a lot or my bad wasn't ones that I was intentionally aiming for. I know a lot of them came...
