How I Started:
I begin lifting from inspiration of my older brother. I wanted to bulk up so I could deter the bullying I used to endure in school,but also to keep my bloodsugars in check using exercise.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy it gives me and also cause I know it will increase my lifespan if I keep it up!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read muscle magazines and try different workouts. i also like sports,watching and participating.

It's easy to gain bad habits but hard to get rid of them. Sometimes life throws you curve balls but a lot of failures are preventable. I'm still trying to change for the better and I now realize that a lot or my bad wasn't ones that I was intentionally aiming for. I know a lot of them came...

Workout Program:
Im currently working on my chest and calves. 09/16/2009

I did: 4sets-15 reps

Calve raises: Pin set on 8 with 5 2.5lbs: Not sure how much so that why I put it that way

Incline dumbell presses: Use 30 for 2 sets and 40 until failue
Also threw in some machine flyes and presses
