Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): My goal is to start in football on the O-Line
Goal (Long): Varsity football is where it's at. I was also a distance runner during the track season. All I hear from people is "your an offensive lineman? You don't look like one!" I know I can achieve this goal because I know hard work pays off. It"s not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Bad form is one reason but overtraining is probubly the most common reason. Their ligaments and joints get worn out and become weaker.
