My goal is to be all confrence in football.
Goal (Long):
Now that I started on the o-line and was the only juinor to start on the o-line I feel like just starting is not enough. I want to win some honors like all area, all heritage, all confrence, maybe even all state. All I know is just starting will not be enough, I want my team to win a state championship. After lossing in the regional game it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Bad form is one reason but overtraining is probubly the most common reason. Their ligaments and joints get worn out and become weaker.
