I Have a torn acl at the moment...therefore i would like to cut weight in the pool and lose 35 lbs.
Goal (Long):
I would like to eat as clean as possible. There are 3 physical therapy sessions a week i must attend for my acl. In between i will be swimming everyday for an hour. Doing various stretches and cut as much body fat as possible.
If anyone could give me some suggestions on how to lose fat while being in the healing process of a torn acl, I would very much appreciate it. I just got consent from my doctor to exercise in the pool. Maybe even some suggestions on an eating plan because I'm not very mobile at...
yea, i moved to berlin in mars from sweden where i come from. working and partying ;) gotta love the german nightlife.lol but it tears on ur body. just last saturday i was up for 36 h. started to think..maybe it’s time for my next meal..haha no, but i'm taking it easy now. have to. couldn't walk all day cuz my tensor fascia lata is messing up my leg. gotta stretch. Think it’s because I been jumping rope a lot in between all sets. We’ll see how it goes. How’s ur week been??
hey thanks for the add request..eww ACL good luck with your goal write me anytime if you have any questions! I TRY to eat clean and when you combine that with eating every 2-3 hours the weight will come flying off!!
Thanks again for the add. Do you keep a food journal? Sometimes helps diet. Eat chicken without rib meat added & lower sodium. Can find some frozen lower sodium chicken breasts; thighs have more fat. Eat light tuna packed in water, plain if you can or with light mayo. Gradually switch food preferences to low /or no fat, sugar, sodium & cholesterol. Need to take notes in grocery to compare items. Good luck!
yeah, broomstick twists to shrink your waistline and nutrition is key! you are what you eat bro. I also do abs everyday. You need to do cardio to get cut, its that simple! My training partner that im training right now has a build like you, ill show you his progress with my routine sometime
