My grade 5 teacher was always into bodybuilding and ever since grade 5 ive wanted to start and im really getting into it now. The working out also comes from watching the wwe and ever seeing batista ive wanted to really get in that great shape.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling from training and the results that come from the training from being healthy to having a great physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
Playing hockey which i need to stay in shape for and i really want to eventually get into modelling. I also travel a lot so i want to look good for those trips.
-Be at 160lbs
-At that weight i want to be around 8% fat.
-Want to do this for april for this 3 week cruise im goin on and to be able to start modeling.
Used his books and we had the same type of weight problem at the age of 14 and he shows that you can make your body look what ever way you want with some commitment and work.
At your age i was 6'1" @ 145#. Just think how skinny i was. lol Just keep eating, eat eat eat. Gear your work out towards compound moves. 6-8 reps. u r kinda young so dont go to heavy. U have time 4 that. Last exercize 4 each body part crank out some reps (15x3 sets) for the pump. Bob
I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?

Hello my friend.. mate at this stage don't worry too much about timing.. 3 secos down 1 up etc.. just lift heavy weight.. keep increasing what you're lifting.. keep it simple and you'll get there!
yeah man thx for the comment we are pretty similar in size and our goals and thx for the comment i need to upload some new pics which should be soon. so how long have you been taking super pump and how many scoops do u take?
