at the mo i am 16 stone fat man and aim to get down to 14 pure muscle.i would like to achive my goal by august as i have weddings and lots of special occasions to attend this summer,and i want to look and feel good in a suit. but mainly i want to be healthy for my children and make them proud.since i wrote this ive dropped a stone and a half,,,xudate have lost 1and a half stone now at 14 and a half. yeah bouy.
monday/yester day/i had a fruit salad about 10am then lunch i had a cracker jack(120 cals) then at 5 from work 2 the gym 20 mins cardio then chest useing all the machines as the free weights were not so free..o yes and lots of water i then went on to my abs.
sorry to hear that your fitness routine slipped, at times we always go through that as people though, my end similiar what can i say LOL, stay focused and fit.
I haven't heard from you in awhile so I thought I would stop by and see how your training has been going, good I hope. Keep up the good work you were doing and you will get the body you have been wanting.

Things are going very well mate. Ive just returned from a tour in the UK, and it was grand. The fitness routine is coming along nicely ive lost 25 lbs and what to do next in the fitness routine is weighing on my mind. YOurself , hows your fitness coming along and whats new, talk soon cheers

Wanted to say that your still keeping in good shape matey, the pictures tell it all, also wishing you a good weekend ahead, continue to stay fit. I know im slowly making progess too.

Low carbs during the week. Cheat day on Sat to reboot my body and let it know that it's getting enough food so it'll let go of it stored fat. Tons of meat. Alot of red meat. Chicken and tuna. Beans, oatmeal, milk and bananas are where my carbs are coming from. 3 protein shakes a day, each consisting of 3 cups skim milk and 1 scoop of protein. Peanut butter and oils for my fats. Other then that, nothing. I'll eat whatever I want on Sat. I just keep the portions controlled.
