WOW Carla! You have some amazing Guns on those arms! I have a super busy summer and I think I'm getting super flabby because of it. I'm working at WHC still, as well as Ranchman's, my boot camp, and I just got hired as a consultant for a gym up in crowfoot. Super busy summer ahead. What about you? what's in store for The BEAST?

super busy! that's where! I've started up my own non-WHC affiliated bootcamp and i've picked up a second job, and I've been running like a crazy mofo and i'm getting super ripped for summer. english grammar be damned. :P how about you? are you getting ready for IDFA at the end of the month? I had way too many setbacks so I don't think I'll be competing this month.

I just read your story and I can totally relate to in many ways, but I feel that I've gotten past that point where I was a guy who looks like I've never worked out ever, and I've just gotten to a massive plateau. What do you do to shake things up a bit?
