How I Started:
A friend from middle school saw for the first time in years and the first thing he said was "holy shit, when is the baby due?". I started working out very lightly because i had no clue what i was doing and i did that for a few years. I roller bladed 5 miles a day for 2 years and decided to change how i looked as well.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel when i lift, the way the muscles are sore from a good workout and the fact that i can run for what seems like an eternity gives me a buzz for hours.
How I Stay Motivated:
Truth be told lately I feel my motivation waning. I used topractice at a highly competitive martial arts gym to become a fighter and to stay motivated i say everyone is competition and i use that to better myself. Now I work and have school so I have to make the most effecient use of all my time. I need to find my motivation again.
BB Accomplishments:
attaining a full on lat flair before my friend did. The very same friend who asked when i was due.
