Hey girl, GOODMORNING~~ :) So the stock markets are open on columbus day which means I am at work :( But anyway, what time do you start eating and what time do you stop?? Does this change on the weekend?? Hope you have a great day today!! Erin

NO thank you!! I sat up watching your video blog, it was so awesome, your so down to earth and real, thank you for posting. I just got back in the gym yesterdady after being sick for an ENTIRE week!! it was awful! But I feel better, I am figuring out my nack when it comes to diet. I eat small portions of healthy food, but I dont think they are small enough. I work out hard and about 5 days a week, and I love cardio:) AND weights!!! Thanks for writing! hope your having a good sunday!

Hey thanks so much, I will definitly be keeping my eye out for plane fares and a good weekend, perhaps the 3rd weekend of oct...if not beginning of nov..i should know in a few days

you welcome!! :) I am trying to get myself in shape to compete in 2009, granted I have a long way to go, but I am excited, and ambitious!! Diet is going to be my biggest hurdle!! :)

Hey Jules, Thank you, hope all is well, where do you currently work out?? Do you work with a nutritionist? I find this is my biggest weakness or lack of knowledge. :) Hope your having a good week!

Hey there, Thank you so much for your comment, :) Work outs for the past 2 weeks have been great, I have been running every day at lunch for 28 mins, lol its all I can get in, and then at night I lift, and then do a boot camp class for cardio or run some more. I love cardiovascular fitness as well, so its important to me, but I love feeling sore the next day as well. I am splitting my body, in push/pull and legs. All in all pretty good, I am really focusing on diet, its my weakness!
