Hi Erin! Thanks for the friends request. As for competing, make sure you listen to 1 person on dieting. Do not take advice from multiple people. Also, practice the HECK outta your posing!!!!! Posing on stage is NOT EASY! It is fun, not easy. :-) Train like a figure athlete, not like a bodybuilder! :-) xoxo Tamar

I would have started earlier...I started at age 36...and I would have eaten ALOT better then knowing what I know now....it's all about what goes into your body!
I use Cathy Savage Fitness...go on-line and read about her. You can do everything on-line or if you live close enough make an appointment and go meet her...great outfit and they helped me tremendously!

Nice! I liked the Red Sox a few years ago when they had the "I don't give a f" attitude when Damon had the long hair and all that, but now they don't have the same fire. Glad you are still a baseball fan though!
