How I Started:
My 12 year old son was in a speed camp for baseball and he told me I couldnt keep up with him! And he was right.
Why I Love It:
I can keep up with my kids and be a Dad again. It is my time to work on myself and it keeps me positive and motivated. Life is so much easier when you look in the mirror and like what you see.
How I Stay Motivated:
My 2 boys!!! I want to be around when they are older. I dont EVER want to be 300+ pounds again
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 320 lbs 35% body fat to 218lbs and 14% body fat. I can now do pullups!!!

I’ve been talking a lot lately to my friends and co-workers about my progress. I lost 100lbs over the past 14 months and they all want to know how I did it. They all ask me what kind of diet I am on and when I tell them I am not on a diet and I eat 6 meals a day they look a me really funny....

Thanks man. Yeah starting back slow benn clean eating for 4 weeks now and it is melting off. Coaching soccer so the 6 yo girls are keeping me motivated for at least another 8 weeks lol.
