How I Started:
I was always a very small kid all my life but my late uncle used to work out and had an incredible physique, i saw how he changed his body and figured i could do it also. I remember an old mag he had with lee Haney on the cover, damn perfection.
Why I Love It:
Im addicted. It's a great stress reliver and i get joy out of seeing how my body changes.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not hard to stay motivated because it's a healthy hobby that has helped me to live a better life.
BB Accomplishments:
I Started pumping in 11/05 and managed to get my weight from 140-160 within 9 months.

My current program is a H.I.T./Hybid from a book called maximum muscle growh II. I work out every other day except for leg day which is on saturday for a total of 4 days a week. Mon/chest&shoulders, Wed/Back&traps, Fri/Chest&shoulders Sat is leg day, the next week Mon and Fri. back...
