How I Started:
I've been working out at gyms for a few years now. I tried a steady bodybuilding type routine about 2 years ago, but didn't stay committed and fell out of it. This time around, I plan on making it count and getting into the best shape of my life!

I just spent a buttload of money on supplements, food, new sneakers, etc... so I better as hell not be slacking!!
As of 12/1/08, I'm starting Team Scivation! I'm still around 22/23% bodyfat and I would like to get down to at least 17%, if not less! I want to have nicely defined abs and an overall fantastic physique.
I just joined Team Scivation and started my new program 12/1/08. Derek has me on an Antagonistic Training System. For now, this is what I've got:
Mon - back and chest, cardio
Tues - off
Weds - biceps and triceps, cardio
Thurs - off
Fri - quads and hams, cardio
Sat - delts, traps, mid-back,...
