It helps me stay accountable. I don't want to feel like I have let them down.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I have yet to be able to accomplish this. For me I think I have to come to terms with the fact that food is fuel. I enjoy it way to much and can easily think of it as recreation.

You know, losing weight should be an exciting time for an individual as hefty as I am and for all intents and purposes it is. Last night however, I was getting out of the hot tub and I realized that a lot of fat gone from my chest area, I am getting man boobs. What kind of sick joke is...

Yeah they aren't anywhere near us thank goodness but the whole country is in a bit of a state of shock. They caused a lot of devastation.

I do Bench, Deadlift and Squats as the core of my workouts. Others that I always include are shoulder press either dumbell/barbell, barbell rows, leg press etc.
