Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

sports in highschool. military. I t has been hard to keep in shape over the years and i let myself go. But i am taking it back. with a work schedule of 10 days on 4 days off,Family requirements, and everything else thrown at you. It is tough to be consistent. I am gonna train hard and suck it up! we will see where it goes.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love staying in shape. It is like a drug. In law enforcement it pays to stay in shape because of the stress and physical situations you are put in.

12 weeks of the musclepharm live shredded challenge have come to an end. like so many other people it was hard to balance work and home. I worked for 10 days on then 4 off. plus a 3 yr. old and 8 yr. old to take care off. I started at 190 pounds and ended at 165 pounda!!! Wow!! I am very pleased with the outcome and I am gonna lose another 10 pounds and get ripped! Hope everyone who entered the challenge had a wonderful journey and best wishes to all!
