Background
sports in highschool. military. I t has been hard to keep in shape over the years and i let myself go. But i am taking it back. with a work schedule of 10 days on 4 days off,Family requirements, and everything else thrown at you. It is tough to be consistent. I am gonna train hard and suck it up! we will see where it goes.
Love staying in shape. It is like a drug. In law enforcement it pays to stay in shape because of the stress and physical situations you are put in.
