I "wrassled" in highschool. I now compete in Tuffman and MMA tourneys. I worked out for those. I then noticed that i had a very good strength ratio based on my body weight.
Why I Love It:
Im good at at. It makes me feel and look good. It helps me in my day to day life, as well as the sports i compete in.
How I Stay Motivated:
The goal of being 160 and benching 300 pounds. Im 150, and benching 290 right now.
BB Accomplishments:
Strongest person pound for pound in my gym.

Some people think being thin all of their lives is a curse but just ask an overweight person what he'd rather be and 10 to 1 they would answer thin. You can put on muscle easier than a large person can take off fat so keep eating 5 to 6 clean meals a day, training with intensity and going up in weights and you will see the gains.
Gosh the only time I've hear the expression "keepin it real" was on the Scooby-Doo movie. Must be an American thing, ay!
