Well, now I am a bit under 3 weeks from the IFPA Galaxy Pro! Feeling good. Energy is down a little, but I expected that. I am at my show weight, so now its all about tweaking to make everything look right. Found out there are some pretty big names in the event. I'm really looking forward to seeing where I stack up in the ranks.
Working harder than ever this week. I have been keeping my calories a bit low. I am still 4 weeks away from the next competition. I am a firm believer in eating more going into the show, so I try to be ready 3 weeks prior and raise my calories (mostly from carbs) gall the way into tweak week. I have found this way of show prep to be the most effective. Knowing what you will look like instead trying to kill yourself that last week.
