i like it a lot. I take it around lunch and after workout in the afternoon. My body has changed.I think it has helped. I feel ripped. Something is different. I think it is the cellmass and NO Expode. Good Luck
Great progress guy,checked the pics out. I actually have a memebership at "anytime fitness" thats located downtown and I also go to Riveria. With my job all depending on which gym I am closer to when I get off thats the one i usually go to. I actually just moved down this way about a month ago.
Mostly lifting weights but (5 times a week). Cardio 3 times a week (mountain biking and road biking). IMO diet is 80% important if not more. I use an omron bodyfat tester and every few months check it in the bod pod at the local college.
Thanks for comment. I have lost about 20 pounds since May 2008. I have totally changed with way that I eat. I have always worked out. However, never really happy with the way I looked until now. I eat the Body for life way or the Clean Eating by Tosca Reno. It all about eating 6 small meals per day. Usually a protein and carb. Its works it has totally changed my body and the I feel.
