I started working out during weight training class during my junior year in high school.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever. I do like being in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm quite lazy in the gym. I have very good genetics. I stay motivated just to keep in shape for work.
BB Accomplishments:
No accomplishments. I always get asked do I compete. I don't think I have a lot to work on to compete. I do not intend to do so though.

Ab machine 3 sets X 12 reps
Machine isolated crunches 3 sets X until tired.
Machine isolated side crunches 3 sets X until tired.
Flat Bench Lying leg raise. 3 sets X until tired.
Seated leg tucks 3 sets X until tired.
Dude first off sick physique. Great work. Yeah they did a show here when the old gym staff was here. Their contract got outbid so new staff and no more shows. Too bad though. it was a good time.
Your latest pictures are better than ever, you have a near perfect physique right down to your calves, and a very striking look. Those pictures should be hung on a wall or in a magazine.
