I never used to work out my legs (because of all the running I did) so I'm excited to start seeing some real gains!

I've been "bulking" for the past month...put on some weight (hopefully muscle!) and started a creatine regime. Overall feeling good but I'm trying to get my diet back on track. Those cheat days somehow turn into 3-4 day episodes haha.
