I moved this past July from the east coast. Do you live right in downtown? It was kind of hard finding a gym I liked within walking distance but finally found one :) Hey, have a good Thanksgiving!

Zory, thanks for your comment! I might have to pick your brain one of these days to find out how you do it :) I've always wanted to compete but I don't think I'm physically ready for that yet. Where did you work out when you lived here? I just moved to Seattle and I'm not sure I'm that happy with the gym I'm currently at.

Way to be a creeper Travis...just kidding :) I appreciate the compliment. The gyms out in Washington are a lot nicer than what I'm used to. But then again, it could all depend on where you go.

Practicing yoga in 100 degree studio with 80% humidity is the way to go. That could be arranged, but you'd have to fly to Seattle for a private lesson, haha.

Hey Matt! I just saw that comment you left me in my blog about six months ago haha. That twice-a-day gym schedule didn't last for long once the semester got going. I pretty much stopped eating **** and that worked better than doing cardio twice a day. Go figure...Anyway, I'm back in CT now getting ready to leave for Washington next week! You know, we never did get to workout together haha.

Hey! How are you? I'm skipping the gym today, which is unheard of, but my body needs it. I haven't been getting much sleep lately and it's beginning to catch up with me. It felt good to sleep a little later this morning haha.

I did in high school and beginning of college, haha. I haven't been in the pool in about 3 years! My favorite and most hated stroke...if that makes any sense :)
