I played college football and really took working out and proper nutrition for granted. I was chubby, overweight and felt like crap. I got back in the gym but cut way too many calories and was way too skinny. I learned more about proper nutrition and started doing a slow lean bulk. Happy how far Ive come but no where near satisfied. Always looking to learn more and add more lean mass
