How I Started:
I have been working out on and off since I was 15, but never got serious. Serious meaning: Never studied what it meant to body build, how to lift weights, what supplements to take, how to lift weights wisely, etc. I have just always been around body builders... My best friend is one, my brother-in-law is HUGE! And so many loved ones inspire me to body build. It has become an obsession after serving Christ.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel confident. I love the way I look after a while of body building. I love the attention, I love the feeling that people are pleased with how I look physically. More than that, I know that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, I want to give the Holy Spirit the best house ever. I wouldn't like to live in shambles or a shack, so why allow the Holy Spirit to live in a shack when He can dwell in a perfectly fit body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I join bodybuilding.com, I read Muscle & Fitness, I am always looking at others working out and pictures of physiques I'd like to have.
BB Accomplishments:
I guess I don't have any for now... I have been TECHNICALLY working out full force since April 2009.
I want to reach my maximum fitness level within my height. I also have faith God will grant me a couple of more inches of height, lol. Hey, nothing is impossible for Him and I'm His son so I ask and I'll receive. I want the lowest fat percentage, ripped muscles all around: Huge ripped pecs, large biceps and chiseled triceps, washboard abs, huge forearms with veins running through them, huge round shoulders, big back with a small waste, huge butt, thighs and calves... I want to do it before I get married in the next 2 years. I want to achieve these goals to be a blessing to others spiritually, mentally, and phsycially.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
They have the difference in me physically and are motivated to do the same because they have someone close by that is achieving their goals.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
It has opened opportunities for me. I find more favor in a sense. People shouldn't judge by the cover because it IS what's in the inside that counts, but it's not ALL bad to judge by the cover. I never read a book with an unattractive cover. It doesn't appeal to me. There are times when the cover appeals to me, but the content doesn't, and there are times when the cover DOESN'T appeal to me, and neither does the content. But our physique is what people experience first, so it must be in top shape in order for the inner wealth to be given a chance to shine. It has opened opportunities for me. I find more favor in a sense. People shouldn't judge by the cover because it IS what's in the inside that counts, but it's not ALL bad to judge by the cover. I neve...more
Rest?? I don't plan my rests. I usually workout everyday... sometimes twice per day. If something comes up I don't sweat it.... if I miss a workout. Usually thought, that only happens a couple times per year.
