For 10 years, I have been going on-off to the gym. Just when I think I have made progress, I get lazy and go back to being a bum, just downing the alcohol.
This time, it's gonna be different. It's going to be hardcore. It's gonna be real. I want my 8-pack. I want my pecs to hit the deck. I want my sleeves to strain under the muscular arms. I want to get the best muscular definition I can get with my frame.
And I will.
