brad8196 hey man, don't let that number get you down! its not just a number, its about how you feel, if you are lifting and trying new workouts you might be building muscle where you never had before which could cause the scale to lie to you. keep your head up. the more you stress the higher your cortisol levels raise causing your body to keep body fat as a panic move. you're doing great buddy Nov 15, 2011 10:41am
