How do know that the weights that you 'laugh' at AREN'T for real? Are you telling me that a female my size CAN'T do the weights I do? What makes ME laugh is the females that SAY they 'train like a guy' and 'lift heavy' and then you go to their 1RMs and see that they're only like 30-50kg! Ok, finished ranting now, LOL...
thats cool that your leaner this time around. gives you a better canvas to work with. I have always had small skinny legs, and never worked my legs or my back because of a back injury and fused vertabres, but i have been doing great working my legs and back, and my back is solid now so i think i should see some weight gains when i get some size on these little legs.
