How I Started:
sick of beeing told was to small to do this or that...did it for my own self discipline.. to protect myself..but mostly my family as well..it all started when i was 14-15 with some 30 yr old weights that i duct taped onto a bar to do curls and did pushups as well consistently..then when i hit the gym for the first time..i surprised myself with my strength and it all went from there..got really serious after graduating high school ..thats when the self education began..
Why I Love It:
obsession ..to be able to have full control of sculpting your body..and continuing to transform your body on your own terms no matter how frustrating it may be at times.
side note - just have to say i get a kick outa people on this who lie about the amount of weight they can do...a skinny little azz dude can not bicep curl 185lbs... period .. or some of these other weight amounts posted just make me laugh..
How I Stay Motivated:
it really is a natural thing...either you have it or you dont..either you wanna reach goals or you dont..everyone hits bumps in the road but its how you break threw those that will show you..who you really are ..

get to about 210-215lb 9% BF
1 - thicker delts - medial and rear,
2 - more thickness - back , arms legs etc..
3 - legs up to par with upper, esp calves

im good thanks....is proving to be a long ass weeek though and had DOMS for most of it....jsut think cos im orking crazy long hours that my poor body isnt getting enough quality rest....never mind, its all good! how are you?? training going well?
oh very nice, I would love to see lots of snow, heck just snow in general lol. Being from texas we don't get that much. We get cold ass wether and then hot the next day lol
lol I've unfortunatly given up being a leaf fan. After what seems like an eternity of losing streaks for our team... (sorry fellow torontonians!) I can't bring myself to watch any more. Now if they improved their game, then I'd go back to being a fan. :) Your back looks awsome btw!
