Well huge none the less man. Now lets see you breach 27 for real. Yeah, I'll have to see what damage to my cut occurred from today. I was good though, more protein and such, and went for a run early this morning. I'm actually hoping to hit 190 by end of Dec, before switching to bulk. Really hoping on the next bulk round to really pack on the beef. So how much bigger other than 215 would you like to get?
Wow 27? That's the biggest I've gotten mine. You are one huge dude. Few can match me in the leg department. So how big would you like to get those thighs? 30in? That is my goal actually, but may push farther as long as its balanced with my upper body.
Yeah, big wheels makes I difference in my theory. Its my theory that developing really big legs acts as a driver for pushing the upper body to full development. But I know, legs is tough. Although I'm gifted in the leg department, I still have to really make sure I'm not going thru the motions. So relate to hitting your stride and being set back. It's why my chest isn't bigger and stronger. But a true iron warrior will know how to deal with it and move on.
Really? I guess it proves the point bodybuilding is just as much about looking big as being big. Of course man with almost 18in arms and 46in chest, you ain't exactly small. To think what you will look like at 215....wow! I myself struggled to get to 200, but now its commonplace. I believe you can do it man! Hope you had a good Thanksgiving. -T

Nah I used it about 2x a day. Each jug has about 13 servings I believe. I used to add "extras" in it like blueberries, bananas, waxy maize, and peanut butter for calories.
The Mass Gainer was pretty good, the jug only lasted for about 1 week so I went ahead and purchased another. I gained about 7 lbs from the two. Yes I was 175 in that pic.
i hear ya. im struggling to maintain. seem like it was much easier when i was competing. now that im not ive gotten consumed with life. haha. what weight you at? you still looking massive and very swole.

Yes but you know something? You look great! and many people would love to have your physique. It's funny because no one is ever completely satisfied with themselves. You look totally wonderful just as you are :)
You know what though, everything fluctuates though it's normal. What is your job doing to you? You should pack some good food with you. I wish I had your issue with the calories~No matter how much I work out, still have to cut cut and cut cals. :( Sometimes I'm hungry.. lol.
