How I Started:
Life as a couch potato was losing it's advantages ie. low energy, and the drive to do any thing wild. Got motivated when I ran into bodybuilding.com !
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a great way to relax, and take out my stress at the gym. It is also a great self-esteem booster when you see you progress in a mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I ponder how nice it would be to have light, and smaller clothes so I can fit more in my seabag...lol!
BB Accomplishments:
Reached 16% bf on december 2008. I was around 23% in 2006.

Goal (Long):
My mission as I have chosen to accept it is to achieve excellence in every thing that I do, and my body is no acception. I like sports in general, and I would never train for one sport so the next best thing is to be well conditioned in general. At this time I am seeking to gain more muscle, and build a little definition. I am also training for half-marathons. Bodybuilding is fun, and I have found running to be just as fun.
