Yeah, everyone's body is just a little different. This last year's been frustrating, but a great learning experience. Hopefully I can hit my current strength goals for now and focus on the size more next year. I'll be quite happy the day I get arms like yours!
Awesome physique! Really inspires me to keep working to fill out my frame. Gets frustrating being 6', but I know just 10-15 more lbs will get me where I wanna be. You look great, best wishes for all you take on!
lol...after the video I just saw on 'you tube' I can imagine they use several stabilizer muscles. And YES, definitely stretch. That is something I learned the hard way. We weren't even in a game, it was practice and I didn't stretch and next thing I'm on the ground, stand up and fall right back down. Sucked.
Hell yeah, thanks for the info. I'm just googled the squats and it looks like a pretty good exercise. I'll give them a try after I get off work. Wish there some advice I could give you in return. Oh, STRETCH before you play ball, or you might rip a muscle. lol
Yeah, no kidding. Kind of sucked though, because my max squat at the time was 600 lbs. Now I'm lucky if I can do 225 without feeling some kind of burn...and not in a good way. But thanks for the confidence booster. Every bit helps. And you need to as well. Lookin' kind of small fat there buddy. lol...kidding.
Yeah, it wasn't that bad of an injury, but enough that I went through 7 months of physical rehab. Got nuked by a linebacker and ripped both my groin muscles in half. The doc said either rehab or surgery, but the recovery time was the same. So, rehab.
You are very welcome! Consistency is definitely the key. I'm very flattered by your suggestion and I'll certainly think about it. Extra spending money is always really nice! Hope you have a wonderful rest of the week! Keep up with the awesome work!
