Gained too much weight since being back in school .. have to drop lots of fat, and gain some muscle .. so whole meal deal!
Goal (Long):
Doing body for life or close to it for my first 12 weeks back to the gym. I have been out of the gym for far too long and with being back in school I just dont seem to have the time or energy. But I know that this will change once I am in the gym and doing my thing .. being committed to it .. and it will all change .. my mindset my health my happiness .. so am charged and have the best roomie ever who is doing this with me! Want to drop to a reasonable and manageable weight .. not a # in mind, will know when I hit it by how I feel and the clothes I am wearing fit me the way I want them to. I want to feel like this body is mine again.
