How I Started:
i started to really work out for track and field when i got my scholarship for the throws. i lifted really hard and heavy, and was getting pretty strong. i then went through an academy, and lost 80 pounds. i want to drop body fat even more now.
Why I Love It:
its an amazing stress reliever, and i always feel good about myself afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing that i am working towards something really helps, whether it be a track meet, or a lifting competition. i would like to maybe do a show some day.
started a bulk yesterday. wow my body missed carbs lol.
Goal (Long):
looking to gain roughly 30-35 pounds before cutting again. strength is pretty good for only being a 205 pounder!! lol looking to gain massive amounts of strength.

hey all!!! just wanted to jump on here and say whats up. everything has been really well on my pfb. steves plan has really taught me about the right nutrition, and workouts. i am proud to be part of fitness poynters!!! my wife and i are having wonderful results on this plan just after 2...
i am cutting. just hit a PR for BF% which has been great. but trying to shred without losing the mass i've busted my ass to get. a tough balance. what's your bulk goal?
mt training explains a lot man. no wonder you've got the core that you do. props there. i've been wanting to take a kickboxing class, but my schedule's kicking my ass as much as the iron. LOL.
Cool Bro! Muay Thai is one of those arts where u progress real quick - U soon learn to keep ur hand up after a few round kicks to the head, lol! I'm going to Thai land and Cambodia next June and will be training some muay thai whilst there - cant wait!
Hey bro, many years of karate, a few years of Shaolin Kung fu, muay thai and BJJ. Doing a bit of MMA and now. Just having fun! How bout u? U have quite an mma build.
It's time to break in a new pair of shoes. :) Had my old favorites for at least 2 years now ... and that's probably at least 1 year too long. Since I'm tentatively planning on doing something in Jan I better break in the new foots quickly! :)
training is going great here! been adding mass and will continue for the rest of the year. how long do you bulk and cut for? i guess its different for everyone.
