My Motivation Program

One day, after about a three mile intense run, I was in the gym chatting with friends trying to catch my breath. I had mentioned that my legs were killing me, not realizing that a gentleman that was paralyzed in a wheel chair behind me metioned, "I wish I could feel that pain again."

That's when I realized, I'm capable of doing a lot of things, and even though I may complain about how hard it is, I should be greatful that I can at least attempt to do it...so for now on...I'm doing it!

  • I'm probably going to allow myself to be photographed for a wanted poster in about a week. It's not going to help much because I'm constantly morphing into a Beast and will continue on my killing spree!

rbahbah Just ordered & used the GRIPAD workout pads, fyi...they suck! Gloves feel so much better. They were good for pull-ups and that it!

trimtony thank you for your help i at present train 4 days a week tue/wed/thurs/and saturday weights first 45 minns then 20/25 mins cardio im thinking of changing to 2days on 1 day off and see if that works out any better. Feb 14, 2013 5:58pm
