Jesse...you can do it easy. I was your exact weight, just an inch shorter, and the exact BF when I started. It takes SLEEP, LIFTING IRON AND FOOD. Plenty of each, being careful to eat right - NO FAT. Lots of protein. Skip the suppplements except for maybe protein shakes. Think you're under 20, so your body will develop fast to a solid workout routine. I'll keep an 'eye on ya. jeff
