It started in Highschool with my football team. I wasn't really good in the sport, but I really improved my strength and size. Got back back into it after a few years in college.
Why I Love It:
No lie, I like the compliments from females:)
Plus I like looking and feeling overall healthy and fit. It also helps me in Lacrosse and Football.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing my future wife will appreciate it!
And watching "300" or "Rudy" before I lift.
BB Accomplishments:
I'll let you know

Honestly I have gynecomastia and I hate the way my chest looks. I don't have the cash for surgery or something so I attacking it hard with bodybuilding. And hopefully with my planned results, it can motivate others going through the same thing. I've always been in ok shape, but I really want abs, so building a tolerence to cardio can help:) Plus I'm really hoping I can train hard in the winter to do some competitons in spring.
I rarely do cardio... if I feel I need it I'll do 20 minutes high intensity on the bike, thats it. i wouldnt suggest that for everyone, but it works for me
i believe there is up to about 7% error, so IMO not accurate! go to your gym and get a skinfold test or if you find a local medical facility that has the bodpod, thats even better!
thank you man, i really appreciate it! ive been working hard and im glad its showing a lil :) im 9.5 weeks out of FAME tropical...watcht the transformation!
