How I Started:
i started woking out because i was alwas one of the smaller guys. so i wanted my athletic perfomance to improve so i started training
Why I Love It:
because it makes me feel stronger and helps my athletic performance to better
How I Stay Motivated:
i just keep reading body building magz and just think about how it also betters my health

ive started about 1 year ago but i have gradualy gained muscle mass and began to realy sculpt and rip my body

i would like to move my max up gain muscle mass and improve athletic performance.

i would like to gain 15pounds of muscle by next football season. my fitness goal is to rep higer weight and still keep my endurance up. my personal ideal body for me is somthing like reggie bush and a little bigger.
