If I m not mistaken this is 260lb - front front  at 206lb
wrong diet done, not enough excercise, too much pampering the body ... am i that big?
still need more work to be done. I am happy with what I got but I want more!

Before my weight is like a yo-yo. Obesity is my main concern and my health level deteriorate. Between Each Types of Workout I allow myself for 3 mins rest. Between sets - a 30 seconds rest for regrouping my energy

The strategy here is to burn fat fast on the area trained. Subsequently after those goals are achieved i will start with new program which focus on mass...
