wrong diet done, not enough excercise, too much pampering the body ... am i that big?

Before my weight is like a yo-yo. Obesity is my main concern and my health level deteriorate.
I want to improve my overall body weight and health level.Now I am focus to have a healthy living, excercise a lot and a balance diet.
