Went to Sound Harley - they are allocated for the year, but the flier is up there, and I will keep touch with them for next year. I will stop by EC Smoothie this afternoon. Yes, I want to get ripped, and I want to not only do our show, but the one with you in September...just to be there with you and some of the other women will be fun. Not posting any pics here just yet...have a bit of a water issue right now, and I feel like a fatted calf. Kevin and I are trying to figure out what the heck is going on, and get me on track - only a few short 18 weeks from Saturday to go...not too long really. I certainly would like to be right around 150 or so the start of posing class in May, but we shall see. Take care and I will chat later.

Mark - thx for the rooting. I have actually decided to take this year off now. My work schedule etc has been interfering with me getting to the gym regularly, and my diet. Well, diet is more my issue than anything. Anyway, I am just going to work slowly over this next year to get where I should be, and K&D and I will look at INBF sched for next season to take by storm. Talk soon. I will be a major part of our show though. See you.

Woohoo! 2nd place - and you were doubting yourself...Way to GO! Thaty is so exciting. You should be very proud. I look forward to seeing you guys at posing class, and seeing you compete Julie...about 15.5 weeks from the August show.... 11.5 weeks until I go to Sacramento...talk to you later - I will keep you posted with updates.

Haven't missed much - just pluggin away. Hittin the food hardcore now - or lack there of for first comp of the season in July. Just under 20 weeks now, and so time to kick it in the rear. Glad you are back online. talk to you soon.

NOPE - can't be bribed...it is going to be tough though cause I will cheer for you all. Need three of me I guess. Oh I know maybe I will record myself cheering for two of you, and then play that while I cheer for the other on stage...haha! I plan on competing in Sacramento INBF in July and our show in August. Am on my way down in weight, and onlu have about 20 weeks to go til July show. See you soon.
