I pretty much grew up alone and am a loner because of it, so I don't and wouldn't depend on anyone for anything. The way I see things are simple, you can't win on borrowed strength, it's all on your shoulders. If you can't do it on your own then you don't deserve it. If you don't put it in then don't expect to get it out.
If you really want it then you'll pour in everything you've got to obtain it, if not then you'll just sit there making up excuses to justify your inaction. The only one that could and will ever hold you back is the one looking back at you in the mirror. Don't be afraid to stand on your own two feet and live of your own accord.
I tell myself everytime I feel like quiting or don't want to do the workout, if you half-ass the effort then you'll get half-assed results.
