hey man thanks for the add. take a look at my progress (alot of it is in my thread) . I am trying to get down to 8-10% bf. I started at 17.1, i got to 14.5 now. I am aiming for 8-10 by March, whats your bf% that your abs show like that? how did you get your abs to pop like that? also your chest pops too . mine is flat and the pecs are separated , how did you fill yours in? look at my stuff any , tips welcome

Hey man, great chest, abs, pecs, and nipples, dude. Ever think of piercing those nipples? I did mine, and mine were perfect like yours, and they are even better now, and way more sensitive for sex, etc. e-mail me for the pros and cons.
