My fitness goal is to lose 25lbs of bodyfat and compete in at least one figure contest by December 2009.
Goal (Long):
I have a generally muscular frame, but since graduating from high school, I haven't really tried that hard to see just how fit and lean I can truly be. I want to tap into my potential. I don't want being "good enough" to keep me from finding out how far I can take my physical fitness.
So this is a little embarrassing putting my foray into serious fitness out on the intertubes...but after browsing the ladies "Transformations of the Month/Week" I have to say I was super inspired to go all out on here. So with my husband's blessing, here I am.

I think you are doing great & if you are looking to drop even more bodyfat and get into excellent shape I suggest you check out Body for Life.
