i dont have my body stats because i dont have anything to measure them with...
as for my lifting stats, i dont know my "1 rep max"; also, i always used to do 15+ reps, so i cant list them properly on my profile (only goes up to 12). i'm changing my workout thechnique now though, so i will be able to list everything by wednesday.

well my trainin is going in a different direction this spring... i am doing rugby which is combining weight lifting with a ton of runnin.... so its great gettin to break twigs in half...

Consistently from June this year. Inconsitently from about 2 years before that. Used to do like 2 or 3 weeks and stop for about or month or two.
