I would like to gain as much muscle mass, size and strength as possible.
Goal (Long):
I was always really skinny. At one point I weighed about 115 pounds of skin and bones. All I did was drink and smoke. I don't want to be skinny anymore. I've been working out now for about 1.5 years with breaks here and there. I want to weigh about 170 pounds of per yolks and maybe -10% body fat. Would like to bench 300+#'s pounds and curl in the area of over 100#'s- not too sure of the squats as far as weight goes. I know with dedication and the help of you all, I can achieve this in no time. :)
