Front relaxed 215 lbs.
This is how I look at this point in time. I am 215 lbs and do not like the way I look.
Trying to flex the abs to see if there is any definition. Its not there. Oh well, I will get there eventually.

thanks ...... but i havent put up any body photos since last year jan 2008 as i have put on weight since then so now i'm trying my best to get back on track
